One of the male staff members at the front desk was particularly helpful, resolving my complaint about the weak water pressure in the shower by promptly changing my room to one on a different level. I even witnessed him helping a guest hailed a taxi during a rainy day.

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even offered me a complimentary welcome drink and snack upon arrival. The location was perfect for my business trip, close to the exhibition center and with free shuttle bus service. I loved the well-equipped room, especially the comfy bed and the great view from the window.

The room decor was very nice and just like the photos. The beds were very comfy and there was a great selection of cable/ondemand programs on the TV. Also, the room was HUGE, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

The location was not ideal as there were no restaurants, shopping malls, or attractions within walking distance. Additionally, there was some construction taking place in front of the hotel, which took away from the elegance of the place.
